A100 eBay Listing Optimizer helps authorized eBay sellers generate and apply listing images.

Information processed

When a seller connects eBay, the application processes the seller's eBay user identifier, username, encrypted OAuth refresh token, consent timestamps, and listing-revision job metadata.

How information is used

Information is used only to authenticate the seller, perform listing changes the seller approves, verify those changes, and comply with eBay marketplace account deletion notifications.

Sharing and sale

Seller information is not sold. It is disclosed only to service providers required to operate the application or when required by law.

Security and retention

OAuth refresh tokens are encrypted. Seller-scoped records are retained only while needed to provide the service or meet legal and security obligations. Valid eBay account deletion notifications remove the corresponding seller connection data.

Seller choices

A seller may revoke application access from eBay account settings. Privacy requests may be directed to the application operator through the eBay account associated with the authorization.
